As guardians of a 130 year old, multi-generational wine company, the Angove family has a strong commitment to sustainability at all levels. The Angove family crafts this range of exceptional organic wines from premium grapes sourced from a number of organic vineyards through McLaren Vale and the Riverland. At no stage during the grape growing or winemaking processes have they used any synthetic chemicals or non-organic inputs. These are wines as nature intended – pure and clean – crafted with just the gentlest touch from the winemaking team.
ORGANIC CUVEE BRUT
Light straw with an effervescent bead and aromas of lifted citrus and nashi pear. The palate is crisp and clean with a subtle nuttiness.
ORGANIC ROSÉ
Pale salmon pink in colour with aromas of fresh cherry, watermelon and blueberry. Cherry, red berry and a clean finish.
ORGANIC RIESLING
Lemon, lime and orange zest mix with the fresh green apple aromas. Crisp and clean on the palate, the wine has a mouthfilling structure and good length.
ORGANIC SAUVIGNON BLANC
Citrus, guava, and passionfruit with delicate herbal notes. The alluring palate entices the senses further with tropical fruit characters and a clean, fresh finish.
ORGANIC PINOT GRIGIO
Delicate floral overtones with green apples, lemon rind and grapefruit. The palate shows flavours of pear and peach with grapefruit and granny smith apples.
ORGANIC MERLOT
The complex nose has enticing varietal aromas of cherry and blackcurrant with herbal undertones. The medium to full palate is well balanced with red and dark berry fruits, good length and a soft, rounded finish.
ORGANIC SHIRAZ CABERNET
Good intensity of darker berry fruit aromas interwoven with succulent plums and black cherry. The palate is full and opulent with luscious flavours following the initial impression of plums and black cherry with a hint of dark chocolate.
ORGANIC SHIRAZ
Aromas of raspberry, red cherries and spice. Subtle pepper and chocolate with soft oak flavours on the palate, it has a soft yet earthy finish.
ORGANIC CHARDONNAY
Ripe melon and white peach aromas with tropical fruit notes. Lively and fruit filled with a clean refreshing finish with flavours of tropical fruit and a touch of citrus.
