- 2 x Cleaver’s Organic Beef Chuck & Brisket Burger Patties
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 x soft hamburger buns
- Fresh lettuce
- Sliced onion
- Cheese slices
- Sliced beetroot
- Thick tomato relish
- Heat the oil in a heavy based pan on medium heat.
- Cook the Cleaver’s Organic Beef Chuck & Brisket Burger Patties for 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve hamburgers with sliced tomato, lettuce, beetroot, onion, cheese and relish.
TIP: Replace the onion and cheese with fried egg and pineapple for a delicious breakfast burger.
