Making your own ice blocks is simple, affordable and rewarding. By making your own, you can also control what goes in! This means you can make sure you’re using the best ingredients, for a healthier version of this summertime favourite.
- 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup collagen (optional)
- 500g Bellamy’s organic yoghurt
- 1 tsp probiotic powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
Gently scoop into ice cream moulds and place in the freezer to set overnight.
Serve once frozen!
